A growing segment of our business is Nylon film and bags. We extrude Nylon from 2" to 32" layflat. There are a number of applications for Nylon, including: Aerospace, Computer, Medical, Printed Circuit Boards. Nylon is generally used where high temperature environments are encountered and/or superior strength is required.
In the printed circuit board manufacturing industry, nylon bags are referred to as "Turkey Bags". In a hospital, dental office, or veterinarian clinic, nylon bags are used in conjunction with an autoclave to sterilize components.
We have the capability to run FDA approved as well as Heat Stabilizing Resin. |
